About

First of its kind across every crypto ever launched.

Thousands of meme coins have borrowed a famous name. Not one of them ever attached that name to a real-world outcome. Bail.stream is the first system in all of crypto where the joke has a mechanism behind it: a searchable inmate registry, one coin per file, and trade fees that flow into a public bail-and-defense escrow with a supporter application process on top.

Why nobody has done this

Attaching a market to a legal outcome requires three things no meme launchpad has bothered to build: a structured criminal registry, an escrow that cannot be drained by the deployer, and a verified path from an anonymous holder to a real bond agent. We built all three into one protocol.

What the fees actually do

Each file sets its own trade fee. A configurable share goes to that file's escrow, the rest to the $BAIL treasury which funds registry research, legal review and liquidity for new listings. Every split is visible on the file page before you buy.

Supporters, not speculators only

Anyone can trade. Supporters go further — they register, apply, and get holder-weighted votes on whether an escrow releases funds. More supporters means more holders, deeper fee flow, and a bigger escrow for the file they care about.

Where the line is

This is a satirical attention market with a real payment rail behind it. We do not claim any inmate endorses a coin, we do not promise a release, and no escrow pays out without a verified legal recipient. Historical files exist as archives; files with no bail eligibility have escrow permanently locked.

Start with the registry.
